Interesting feature for LinkedIn

A new interesting feature introduced recently to LinkedIn was the Skills. Skills are edited by each user in order to organize his skills within profile. However, linkedIn is using such feature in different way. For example, If you are looking for a person, group or company that is interested in a business related to such skill, then LinkedIn allows you to list all persons, groups or companies that is related to such skill.
